Responsibilities include implementing a broad range of programs for youth between the ages of 6 to 18 years old within a designated Club in the areas of the Arts. The Youth Development Professional also provides supervision to junior staff, programs and activities, and volunteer staff.

Character & leadership

Responsibilities include implementing a broad range of programs for youth between the ages of 6 to 18 years old within a designated Club in the areas of Character & Leadership. The Youth Development Professional also provides supervision to junior staff, programs and activities, and volunteer staff.

education & career

Responsibilities include implementing a broad range of programs for youth between the ages of 6 to 18 years old within a designated Club in the areas of Education & Career. The Youth Development Professional also provides supervision to junior staff, programs and activities, and volunteer staff.


Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities include implementing administrative policies and procedures, accounts payable and receivable, front desk reception, new customer/member intake, general customer service, payroll, on-boarding, human resources, and other administrative duties.

Custodian

Responsibilities include general cleaning and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and offices, special event restoration, deep cleaning, inventory of supplies, replenishing of bathrooms, and other general custodian responsibilities.


Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Responsibilities include oversight and management of all employees, volunteers, programs, finance, administration, human resources, resource development, marketing, and events. The CEO is also responsible for assisting in the governance of and collaboration with the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities include implementing a broad range of programs for youth ages 6 to 18 years old within a designated Club in the areas of Sports, Recreation, and Fitness. The Youth Development Professional also provides supervision to junior staff, programs and activities, and volunteer staff.

health & life skills

Responsibilities include implementing a broad range of programs for youth between the ages of 6 to 18 years old within a designated Club in the areas of Health & Life Skills. The Youth Development Professional also provides supervision to junior staff, programs and activities, and volunteer staff.

Transportation

Responsibilities include implementing a broad range of programs for youth between the ages of 6 to 18 years old within a designated Club in the areas of Transportation. The Youth Development Professional also provides supervision to junior staff, programs and activities, and volunteer staff.


Membership Clerk

Responsibilities include implementing data management policies and procedures, program data management, membership intake and data, program enrollment, front desk reception, customer service, and assistance to the Administrative Assistant position.

 
 

Club Director

Responsibilities include general oversight and management of a designated Clubhouse, including operations, programs and activities, events, unit advisory council, parent advisory council, program staff and volunteers, membership and recruitment, and program development.
